The Beaver-Butler Presbytery held its stated meeting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 using a hybrid format—in-person and via Zoom. The gathering included the annual Memorial Service, celebrating the lives of Ministers, Ruling Elders, Deacons and Trustees who entered the Church Triumphant in 2021.

New Bethlehem, Aliquippa was host for the meeting.

Retiring Stated Clerk, Rev. David Byers was honored by those in attendance. Speaking of his service included former Executive Presbyter Rev. Alan Adams and former temporary Executive Presbytery Rev. Dr. David Oyler.

Alan was okay with doing a bit of roasting of his former colleague.

Treasurer Lauren Cesnales reminisced and presented a gift from the presbytery.

David offered some words on the occasion of his retirement.

Rev. Randall Clow was also installed as our new Stated Clerk for Beaver-Butler Presbytery. The meeting was hosted by New Bethlehem Church, Aliquippa, where Rev. Randall Clow serves as pastor.
