THE LONGEST NIGHT
A SERVICE OF HOPE AND HEALING
Comfort, O comfort my people, says your God (Isaiah 40:1)
December 21, 2017  7:00 P.M.
Concord Presbyterian Church
Dealing with the death of a loved one, facing life after divorce or separation, coping with the loss of a job, living with an illness or injury– these and many other issues often make parties and other moments of celebration painful for many people.
“Longest Night” offers a time of quiet reflection for healing and hope. We will not stay in a dark place forever. God’s love will ultimately make us whole. Have yourself a real Christmas, safe in a God who welcomes everyone just as we are, but loves us too much to leave us there.
